Perú Luz de Esperanza is a registered volunteer organisation providing social development for children in central Perú.

Our impact

We offer economic, academic and social support to build life perspectives for the children around Chupaca and Huancayo. They otherwise miss the support and care that gives the skills and the self-esteem they need to develop in life.

Our social projects include:

• Free education for children
• Construction of a new public school
• Building and donating equipment for schools and families
• Parental education
• General medicine and health workshops
• Technical assistance to farmers

Volunteers needed!

We are always looking for volunteers to help the children around Chupaca to build their future. Unlike many other volunteer organizations, we only charge a small fee for accommodation and food.

Volunteers can choose their work from a diverse range of projects. This gives each person the opportunity to learn new skills and get involved with both construction and community-based projects.
